We provide services including but not limited to:

• Website redesign and upgrades

• Website maintenance and updates
• SEO and digital optimization
• Website audits and consultations
All services are delivered according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service package selected by the client.
3. Payments & Pricing
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment must be completed before website launch or transfer of files.
• Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future projects.
4. Revisions & Scope of Work
• Each pricing package includes a specified number of revisions.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Any new feature requests outside the original agreement will be treated as a new task and quoted separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and required materials (content, images, login credentials) on time.
• Respond to feedback and approvals promptly.
• Ensure they have legal rights to all provided content and media.
Project timelines may be extended if delays occur due to missing client materials or approvals.
6. Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them.
• Fast Website Designer retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party tools, themes, plugins, or software remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services
We may assist with hosting setup, domain registration, plugins, or third-party tools. However:
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures, downtime, or policy changes.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining active hosting and domain renewals unless covered in a maintenance plan.
8. Maintenance & Support
• Maintenance services are provided according to the selected package.
• Support outside maintenance coverage may incur additional fees.
• Emergency fixes may be billed separately depending on severity and cause.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fast Website Designer shall not be held liable for:
• Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
• Security breaches caused by third-party services or client negligence
• Downtime due to hosting providers or external systems
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Refunds for completed work are not provided.
• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
11. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information shared during the project unless required by law.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Canada. International clients agree to resolve disputes under applicable Canadian jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
